Qualifications

• Degree or MSc in Building Surveying, ideally with some work experience in a commercial property environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience of AutoCAD is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist on a range of building surveying instructions on commercial properties.
• Assist on servicing instructions between professional work and project work.
• Provide professional work to clients, including defect diagnosis and surveys.
