Graduate / Assistant QS | London & Home Counties | Immediate Start | Up to £37,000

The Role

This is a graduate opportunity where you'll get stuck into live projects from day one. Working alongside experienced surveyors and project managers, you'll learn how to manage costs, handle procurement, and see how schemes are run from pre-construction right through to handover.

It's the ideal role if you're keen to build a long-term career in quantity surveying, enjoy variety, and want to work on projects where attention to detail really matters.

The Projects

• High-end residential refurbishments and bespoke new builds
• Heritage and conservation works, often in occupied buildings
• Commercial and mixed-use refurbishments across London and the South East
• Projects typically £1m - £10m in value, technically detailed and design-led

What they're looking for

• Recent graduate in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
• Keen to learn and develop proactive, organised, and commercially minded
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work with site teams, clients, and consultants
• Any placement, internship, or construction experience is a bonus, but not essential
