We’re seeking a motivated Assistant Consultant (Scientist/Engineer) to join our Noise, Acoustics, and Vibration team in London. Responsibilities
  • Conduct field noise and vibration measurements and building assessments.
  • Analyze data and perform environmental/building acoustics assessments.
  • Use software like SoundPLAN, CadnaA, NoiseMap, Odeon, and Insul for modeling.
  • Design noise/vibration mitigation measures.
  • Prepare technical reports and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Provide technical advice adhering to QA/QC standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Acoustics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Ability to meet schedules, manage costs, and solve problems independently.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills in fast-paced settings.
Skills and Assets
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and GIS software (ArcGIS/QGIS).
  • Proficiency in noise and vibration modeling software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally with a full, clean UK driving license.
