Main duties of the job

Your main reasonability will be to monitor the practice appointment system. You will interact and assist with patients face-to-face and over telephone. Your aim will be to give the best patient experience from start to finish.

Job responsibilities

To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception and administrative duties andthe provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team.

Duties will include greeting and directing patients, dealing with patient registration, booking appointments,processing of information. You will act as the central point of contact for patients and will distribute information, messagesand enquiries to the clinical team.
