Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Spalding seeks a compassionate dispenser to ensure the safe and efficient preparation of prescribed medicines. You'll work closely with the clinical team, handle stock management, and deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services, relevant experience, and excellent communication skills to ensure compliance with healthcare protocols. This is a permanent part-time role, providing flexibility within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Pharmacy Services or Dispensing.
• Previous experience in a dispensing role.
• Good knowledge of prescription procedures and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and dispense prescriptions accurately.
• Order, receive, and check deliveries of medicines.
• Maintain secure storage of medicines in compliance with legislation.
• Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and reception staff.
