Qualifications

• 5–8 years in company secretarial or corporate governance roles, ideally in an international environment with multi-jurisdictional exposure.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements across EMEA.
• Ability to work independently with a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all governance documents and statutory records for all EMEA entities.
• Assist with managing statutory filing obligations across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate and manage board and shareholder meetings.

Skills

Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks

Excellent drafting and communication skills in English

Self-driven, proactive attitude

Education

ICSA/CGI qualification or equivalent legal/company secretarial background
