We're looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Governance team. In this role, you’ll help ensure we meet regulatory and compliance standards by supporting policy reviews, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with audits and reporting. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, develop practical skills in governance, data protection and risk management, and receive dedicated support from a training provider – all while building the foundation for a successful career and achieving a recognised qualification.
Don’t worry if you don’t have much experience – it’s not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. If you’re motivated and ready to take the first step, we’ll give you the tools and support to help you succeed.
We’re one of the top 30 housing associations in England, with homes across London, Kent, Essex and Sussex. Our purpose is simple: "open doors to better lives for our customers." We’re proud to have been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025.
Complete our application form via our careers website. Tell us why you’re interested and what makes you a great fit – we want to hear your story! Deadline: Midnight, Monday 5th January 2026. (Apply early – we may close the advert sooner if we receive strong interest.)
