A multi-academy trust in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Governance Administrator to support governance across its schools. Responsibilities include clerking for meetings, assisting the governance team, and maintaining compliance. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and GCSEs in English and Maths. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Governance Administrator to join our central governance team at Cabot Learning Federation (CLF). In this vital role, you'll play a key part in supporting strong governance across our schools, ensuring compliance and smooth operations that help our trust thrive.
You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to supporting governance across a diverse and inclusive trust of 36 academies. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to meaningful work, and play a key role in ensuring effective governance that supports educational excellence.
Actual Annual Salary: £15,147 – £16,150 (based on hours and working weeks)
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £25,941 – £28,275 (CLF Grade B). 37 hours per week, all year round.
Contract Type: Permanent; Hours: Part time, 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only plus Inset days & 10 additional days during school closure period.
Role based primarily at Broadoak Academy, with required attendance at Winterstoke Hundred Academy and other sites as necessary. 24 hours per week can be worked flexibly across the week and may include after‑school meetings; candidates may spread hours over three or four days.
