A local training organization in Belfast is seeking a Good Relations Trainee to support training program delivery and assist in community engagement. THE EMPLOYER IS: TIDES TRAINING & CONSULTANCYThe Good Relations Trainee will support the TIDES Trainer/Mediator and the wider team in the development and delivery of Good Relations training programmes and provide peer support to participants. TIDES program targets people who are excluded from or at a disadvantage in the labour market, including individuals and community groups. This Trainee position is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to gain workplace skills to progress in Good Relations /Peacebuilding Practitioner. Due to nature of the work of TIDES Training, trainees will become aware of information that will be sensitive and/or confidential. It is crucial that all such information is maintained in strictest confidence.
