Print Machine Minder

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 DOE

Contract: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Rotational

Are you an experienced Print Machine Minder with a passion for precision and quality? Our client, a leading packaging manufacturer, is looking for a skilled operator to join their busy production team. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain gluing machines to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters to achieve precise gluing, folding, and sealing.
• Monitor machine performance and carry out regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimise workflow and achieve targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with any other duties as required.
