The ideal candidate will manage stock control, process spare parts orders, organize logistics, and support warehouse operations. Strong communication, teamwork, and basic MS Office skills are essential. Qualifications

• Understanding of warehousing and logistics processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation (license preferred but not essential).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel); familiarity with ERP systems (MS Dynamics) is a plus.
• Communicative level of English.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock control through manual and clerical tasks.
• Process inbound and outbound spare parts orders.
• Organize transport to field stock locations.
• Identify and arrange replenishment for Field Service Locations.
• Operate warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support return shipments to the warehouse.
• Uphold the company's core values.
