Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Remuneration Specialist to manage global compensation policies and support payroll and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in payroll within a financial or professional services environment. Responsibilities include administering benefits policies, engaging with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining confidentiality. Fluency in English and skills in MS Office are essential, while knowledge of other European languages is desirable.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in payroll, compensation and benefits within financial or professional services.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills to work with stakeholders.
  • High standard of oral and written English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Administer compensation policies and executive benefits planning.
  • Support the governance of global compensation and benefit frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment with local regulations and internal controls.

Proven payroll, compensation and benefits experience
FCA reporting and RemCo experience
Strong attention to detail
Commercial awareness
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing regulations
Intermediate/Advanced MS Office
Fluency in English
Fluency in other European languages

Education

Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) qualified
Current membership of relevant professional body - CIPP or IAB
