Job Description

We are currently searching for a Global Process Lead FP&A – a critical role reporting to the Head of Group Performance. The incumbent will lead global FP&A finance transformation initiatives; design and improve FP&A processes and systems across Brambles; and be responsible for project management and delivery of key transformation activities, including the creation of a global COE model, a global hub for standardisation and automation, and implementation of SAP Analytics across FP&A teams.

Key Accountabilities
  • Set the strategy for FP&A with the Business Unit CFOs and FP&A leads, including annual and four‑year plans covering outsourcing, technology and processes.
  • Develop and update FP&A processes and policies at the Global level to improve standardisation and automation, documenting process maps and control matrices.
  • Support implementation, training, monitoring and enforcement of FP&A policies in regional teams.
  • Serve as systems owner for key FP&A systems (incl. SAP Analytics), owning client relationships during roll‑outs, implementations and upgrades.
  • Work with Technology Services to review, prioritise, implement and test FP&A related system projects, and develop the Technology Road Map with the Group Head of Performance, focusing on automation and reducing manual work.
  • Lead the Prime Project (SAP Analytics), managing the first phase implementation across regional and corporate FP&A teams and driving future phases.
  • Lead the cash‑flow forecasting model and ensure agreed improvements are deployed across the business.
  • Conduct activity analysis for finance transformation across all regions, designing and standardising core processes and documenting SOPs.
Experience & Skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate effectively across a matrix and wide range of leadership styles, being an effective influencer and persuasive spokesperson.
  • Technical FP&A expertise.
  • Credibility and gravitas in strategic financial and operational discussions at a senior level.
  • Decision‑making driven by objectives, solutions and results.
  • Strategic and critical thinking, anticipating & providing scenarios for different problems.
