A leading staffing agency in London is seeking a Global Office Operations & Community Manager to ensure operational efficiency and foster a vibrant company culture. As Global Office Operations & Community Manager, your role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities designed to ensure seamless operational efficiency and a thriving company culture. Your key duties will include:

By effectively managing these responsibilities, you will ensure smooth operations, support the operations team on key projects, provide essential cover when needed, and maintain compliance. You will also focus on tracking and measurement to provide data-driven insights that inform decisions and drive continuous improvements across the business.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
SALARY AND BENEFITS
This role offers a salary between £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. This role is a full time, permanent position and works within our current hybrid working structure, where you will be expected to work within our office in London at a minimum 4 days per week.
