Job summary

A global NGO is seeking a Learning & Capacity Development Specialist to lead the training strategy for a transformative project. The role requires proven experience in global training within an iNGO context and a strong background in adult learning methodologies. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to design engaging learning materials. This fixed-term contract offers a flexible location and aims for inclusive, scalable training across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading global training or L&D for digital systems in an iNGO, UN agency, or multinational context.
• Experience designing and rolling out training for diverse user groups, ideally in multilingual, low-connectivity, and cross-cultural settings.
• Experience with digital data collection platforms (e.g., CommCare, KoboToolbox, etc.) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global learning and capacity development strategy across 4 regions and 44 countries.
• Co‑design and deliver inclusive, scalable training content with our external vendor.
• Support regional teams in local adaptation and rollout of training.
