Qualifications

• 10+ years of Supply Chain, Operations or Technical Leadership.
• Matrix project leadership experience into R&D & Commercial.
• Strong Technical platform and Commercial and Brand/Product understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead Innovation execution End to End from Ideation to Execution.
• Accountable for leading Innovation sufficiency and Strategic resource allocation processes.
• Manage enterprise innovation projects through stage gate process.
