Qualifications

• Educated to at least degree level or equivalent plus relevant Finance professional qualification.
• Experience of audit, assurance and controls is essential.
• US SOX experience beneficial but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining finance policies, governance and controls.
• Managing external financial reporting compliance.
• Developing and maintaining minimum standards for financial controls.

Skills

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards (IFRS)

Experience of audit, assurance and controls

Ability to enhance processes, policies, and systems

Education

Degree level education or equivalent plus relevant Finance professional qualification

Relevant post-qualifying experience (minimum 5+ years)
