Are you passionate about navigating the complex world of executive compensation and equity administration? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading firm as a Senior Manager within its Global Equity and Rewards team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting clients with implementing and maintaining executive compensation plans, with a strong focus on equity programs.

What You’ll Do
  • Equity Compensation Expertise: Advise on equity-based compensation programs for executives, including stock options, restricted stock units, and performance-based awards.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor junior team members to support their growth.
  • Platform Proficiency: Utilize equity administration platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Global Program Support: Help clients manage global equity programs, navigate tax law changes, fulfill reporting requirements, and ensure compliance with global regulations.
