Qualifications

  • Eight or more years of experience with taxation of equity compensation plans.
  • Experience managing equity compensation tax matters globally.
  • Knowledge of tax compliance and accounting under IFRS.

Responsibilities

  • Manage tax compliance matters for equity incentives.
  • Develop and update global tax policies and procedures.
  • Prepare for and deliver annual share filings.

Skills

Knowledge of equity compensation policies
Deep knowledge of withholding tax processes
Strong experience with payrolls and HR operations

Education

Relevant professional qualification (CTA, ACA, ICAS, ACCA)
