Qualifications

  • Min of 8-10 years of experience with significant time in regulatory and quality functions preferably in the toy industry.
  • Experienced in interfacing with regulatory agencies.
  • Experience working with vendors in Asia.
  • Team and project management experience.
  • Data analysis experience.
  • Experience with implementing and enforcing industry standards.
  • Hands-on factory experience in Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the regulatory and quality assurance functions for Europe and other Non-Asia locations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Provide education on product safety regulations.
  • Act as liaison with external partners, including government agencies.
  • Oversee factory audits and inspections outside of Asia.
