As the specialty market evolves with a focus on global rather than regional launches, there is an increasing need for small to mid‑sized pharmaceutical companies to launch products in a more integrated manner across multiple countries or regions. An integrated solution in the US / EU markets is particularly attractive to biotech companies, as they seek service providers capable of offering a comprehensive suite of services. Additionally, these companies are increasingly outsourcing, seeking an extension of their in‑house capabilities and opting for more integrated outsourcing solutions, which they believe accelerates their time to market.
Cencora expanded its business with small to medium companies in the US and Europe, with the goal of creating an integrated model to meet these needs. Our "Innovations to Market" strategy positions Cencora as a forward‑thinking leader in the industry, focused on growing this business segment within Cencora's International Business Group (IBG) and Global Pharma Services (GPS) covering various commercialization offerings including regulatory, market access, Pharmacovigilance, distribution, logistics and Patient services.
Fluency in English is key and one other European Language is a strong plus.
Normally requires a minimum of fifteen (15) years related and progressively responsible experience within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, with at least 5+ years spent in a launch position at a manufacturer.
It is estimated that the role requires approximately 25-50 % of travel.
Master’s degree in business management, Pharmacy degree, engineering degree or a related field
Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice. The eligibility and effective date may differ for some benefits and for team members covered under collective bargaining agreements.
