Job description

Provide support to the Global Accounts Team, responding promptly to all in-coming enquires to meet agreed customer service level agreements.

The Role
  • Creating and managing equipment request forms (ERF) for Global customers, from creation to install, as well as managing install queries.
  • Manage the relevant global customers inboxes and all incoming enquiries adhering to 4-hour SLA.
  • Communicate with Central team, account closures, account amendments, refurbishments and openings of Global customers.
  • To manage equipment movements of Global Customers.
  • Create, maintain and update database of global customers (in line with GDPR) with complete information (name, address, role, phone numbers and email)
  • Follow agreed Company/Customer procedures and guidelines, to resolve potential complaints, suggesting solutions and driving positive business and customer outcomes
  • Manage Cleaning product reporting and queries
  • Assist with Annual Contract Maintenance /Pressure Vessel Inspections, Preventative Maintenance queries.
  • Support account managers with pricing forms and queries.
  • Assist the credit control team with queries related to global customers invoicing
  • Raising quotes for various machines, filter management/relocation.
  • Assist the team with machine and side products projects as well as supporting with reporting.

  • Commutable to Milton Keynes as this role is office based 3 days a week
