The Global Account Technology and Transformation Director is a senior leadership role responsible for driving comprehensive digital transformation initiatives while overseeing technology strategy and operations for JLL's most strategic global accounts. This position combines deep account technology management expertise with transformational leadership capabilities to deliver innovative solutions that drive client success and business growth.
Reporting to senior leadership and serving as a key member of the Global Account Leadership Team, this role requires exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement at the C‑suite level, and the ability to lead complex transformation initiatives that span multiple regions, technologies, and business functions. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Technology Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies for major global accounts, ensuring alignment with both client objectives and JLL's strategic direction.
- Serve as the primary technology strategic point of contact for senior client stakeholders and JLL Leadership, fostering trusted advisor relationships at the executive level.
- Lead complex technology assessments and gap analyses to identify transformation opportunities that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Contribute to and influence account‑level strategic planning through collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and C‑suite executives.
- Manage substantial technology budgets and resource allocation across multiple regions and service lines.
Digital Transformation and Innovation
- Design and implement enterprise‑wide digital transformation roadmaps that integrate emerging technologies with existing business processes.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of cutting‑edge solutions including smart building platforms, IoT systems, IWMS technologies, and AI‑driven analytics.
- Drive transformation initiatives across multiple countries and regions, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, Prop Tech companies, and innovation partners to maintain competitive advantage.
- Create and manage innovation pipelines that deliver continuous technological advancement and business value.
Global Team Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage multiple technology teams through subordinate managers, setting operational objectives and strategic direction.
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies for acquisition, development, and retention within the technology function.
- Establish performance metrics and accountability frameworks that drive high‑performance across geographically distributed teams.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration between technology, operations, and business development teams.
- Mentor and develop subordinate leaders while building organizational capability and succession planning.
Client Relationship and Stakeholder Management
- Manage executive‑level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead technology aspects of client presentations, proposals, and strategic planning sessions.
- Coordinate technology risk assessments, compliance reviews, and security evaluations in partnership with Risk & Compliance teams.
- Drive client satisfaction through expert technology advisory services and innovative solution delivery.
- Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for service expansion and geographic growth.
