The Best Connection are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Glass Cutter / Glass Toughener to join a well-established manufacturing team. This role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to work within a specialised production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting and operating glass cutting machinery

  • Safely moving large sections of glass to the correct workstations

  • Overseeing the heat-treatment process using an enclosed furnace

  • Shrink-wrapping finished products in preparation for dispatch

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

Requirements
  • Previous experience within a glass cutting or manufacturing environment is highly desirable

  • Confidence handling large glass panels and operating machinery

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Good physical fitness due to manual handling requirements

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Passing a drugs/alcohol test
