Geotechnical Engineer

Are you a Geotechnical Engineer with ground investigation site experience? Looking to take the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and well-established team, working on a diverse portfolio of geotechnical and geo-environmental projects across the UK. The role is ideally suited to someone ready to move beyond graduate level and take on greater technical responsibility and project involvement.

Responsibilities
  • In this role, you will work across both site and office environments, taking an active role in the delivery of ground investigation projects.
  • Responsibilities will include supervising site works, carrying out and overseeing in-situ testing, logging boreholes to current standards, and producing high-quality factual and interpretative reports.
  • You will liaise directly with clients, contractors and internal teams, contributing to project planning, quality control and successful delivery.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • A degree in geology, geotechnical engineering, geoscience, physical geography or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience in a geotechnical and/or geo-environmental engineering role, with site proficiency.
  • A solid understanding of ground investigation practices and reporting standards.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • The ability to commute to Milton Keynes and willingness to travel to site as required.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
