  • Experience in the ground investigation industry as a geotechnical or geo-environmental engineer.
  • Full and clean UK Driving Licence.
  • Ability to work on site and in field conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Desktop studies and borehole logging.
  • Mentor junior team members and prepare factual reports.
  • Perform soil sampling and groundwater monitoring.

The Geotechnical Engineer selected will be working with the ground investigation team on a range of contaminated land and geotechnical projects, carrying out Desktop studies, borehole logging, trial pitting, soil sampling, groundwater and gas monitoring, mentoring junior members of the team and writing factual reports.

Requirements
  • Have experience in the ground investigation industry, as a geotechnical or geo-environmental engineer. Candidates must have site work proficiency.
  • A degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Geoscience, Earth Sciences, Civil Engineering (with a geotechnical focus) or similar (MSc preferred).
  • A full and clean UK Driving Licence.
  • Live in or near to London.
  • Have a full right to work in the UK.
