A leading education recruitment agency is seeking a passionate Geography Teacher for a well-regarded secondary school in Wolverhampton. You will deliver geography lessons across KS3 and KS4, shaping students' understanding of the world. Ideal candidates will have QTS or be an ECT, possess strong classroom management skills, and demonstrate good subject knowledge in Geography. The role offers a collaborative environment with additional training support. A positive attitude and enthusiasm for teaching are essential.
We are seeking a passionate and committed Geography Teacher to join a well‑regarded secondary school in Wolverhampton. You will plan and deliver high‑quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping students explore physical and human geography, global issues, and map‑based skills. You’ll be shaping students’ understanding of the world, encouraging critical thinking, and fostering curiosity about our planet.
You’ll be a qualified teacher (QTS) or an ECT, with good subject knowledge in Geography and confidence using a variety of teaching methods to support different learners. A positive attitude, strong classroom management and the ability to engage mixed‑ability groups are essential. Enthusiasm for fieldwork, topical issues (e.g. climate, sustainability) or enrichment would be desirable but not essential.
The school is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, with a supportive environment and a committed humanities team. The Geography department values high‑quality teaching, student engagement, and offers a collaborative, inclusive working culture. As a supply teacher, you’ll join a friendly, professional staff and contribute to important learning journeys.
