We have an exciting opportunity for 2 General Practitioners to join our Primary Care team at HMP Belmarsh. HMP Belmarsh is a category A Prison located in South East London, close to Plumstead and Woolwich Arsenal stations. The prison houses around 675 patients with a variety of needs include complex physical and mental health. Within this role you will be working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team including 2 other permanent 2 GP's providing excellent clinical care and treatment. Ideal applicants will have previous experience within a secure setting or with substance misuse prescribing.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or 9am-10pm
Saturday 9am-2pm
We can offer either full time or part time hours
This role has a salary of upto £134,680 FTE per annum depending on experience
Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks
