A national health service organization is seeking a nursing professional to facilitate high standards of clinical practice in General Practice. Responsibilities include promoting the Nursing Associate role, providing structured support to learners, and developing resources for primary care employers. Candidates must be NMC Registered General Nurses with experience in General Practice nursing and a commitment to enhancing training for new associates. This part-time position offers a competitive salary based on experience, located in Camberley.
The role is to facilitate high standards of clinical practice in General Practice by providing structured support to student nursing associates and other learners. The objective is to promote General Practice as an attractive setting for nurses and nursing associates, develop new pathways for entry into the specialism, and build a community of practice to reduce isolation and vulnerability of their roles.
Salary: £47,758 to £54,651 a year pro rata, depending on experience.
Contract: Fixed‑term, 12 months.
Working pattern: Part‑time.
Location: Theta Building, Lyon Way, Frimley / Camberley, Surrey (GU16 7ER).
