On iconic Capel Street, our newest 105 apartment-hotel and restaurant is designed to become a welcoming place for travellers, neighbours and the community around us. Thoughtfully developed, sustainably built, and shaped by local design, The July Dublin will feel both distinctly Irish and unmistakably The July.

As the General Manager you will manage all aspects of the apartment-hotel and restaurant operations. The pre-opening phase is an exciting opportunity to shape the foundation of your operation. You will embrace our open and positive culture with a focus on continuous improvement. Actively reporting to and collaborating with the HQ of The July, you will use innovation and creativity to evolve existing operations and optimize the guest experience, which will drive strong financial results. As a hands‑on leader, you'll inspire and guide the team by example, creating positive impact to our team and guests and a vibrant and supportive community where everyone thrives together.
Your responsibilities will include managing the profit and loss performance (P&L) with a focus to optimize results by monitoring financial performance and setting and achieving targets. Your goal is to enhance the brand proposition by sharing best practices in guest experience and team engagement, with a strong drive to reach ambitious guest satisfaction scores and outstanding guest reviews including.
