We’re looking for a mission-aligned, self-driven Part-Time General Manager (Freelance) to help us scale Climate Dice.

Remote | UK-based preferred | 2–3 days/week | Freelance

About Climate Dice

Climate Dice is an engaging storytelling game and educational resource that inspires children, parents, and educators to (RE)imagine a better life on planet Earth. For every set sold, we donate one to a school in the Global South.

The Role

You’ll support growth across operations, sales, partnerships, and team coordination — working directly with the founder to bring Climate Dice to more classrooms, families, and changemakers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations and project timelines

• Support partnership development and collaboration opportunities

• Support sales and sponsorship pipelines; follow up with leads (retailers, schools, CSR teams)

• Liaise with schools, partners, and other establishments to coordinate and manage workshops

• Engage with existing customers and users to gather testimonials, stories, and case studies

• Identify and coordinate sustainability-related events; maintain the events calendar

• Liaise with freelancers and collaborators (designers, facilitators, suppliers)

• Oversee light marketing and communications activity scheduling

• Act as a thought partner and right hand to the founder

About You:

• Experience in a startup or fast-growing early-stage organisation

• Strong operations and/or generalist background

• Entrepreneurial mindset: organised, proactive, solutions-oriented

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Passionate about education, sustainability, and social impact

• UK-based preferred, but not essential
