General Manager – Entertainment Venue

Stroud | Full Time, Permanent

Please note: You’ll need to drive and have access to your own vehicle due to the location and shift patterns. Some shifts may start as early as 7am or finish as late as 3am, and public transport is limited at these times.

As General Manager, you’ll lead from the front — inspiring your team, making sound decisions on the ground, and ensuring the venue runs smoothly and efficiently day and night. You’ll be empowered to take ownership of the site’s success and will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the board.

Essential Experience
  • Previous GM experience leading a large team (30+) from a retail, hospitality or entertainment provider.
