£37,000 – £42,500 per year | Full-time | 40–45 hours/week

Founded by a brother-sister duo, we focus on culture, community, and cuisine, offering an award-winning dining experience. We are expanding and looking for a passionate General Manager to lead our team.

Role Overview

As GM, you will oversee our original site, leading both FOH & BOH operations. With plans for expansion, there will be future growth opportunities. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and developing a high-performing team
  2. Identifying opportunities to improve our service, commercial performance, and team dynamics
  3. Managing key metrics such as labour %, spend per head, and COGS
  4. Fostering genuine guest connections
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience as GM or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Strong leadership and commercial acumen
  • Confidence with KPIs, P&L, labour & cost control
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, people-first attitude
