As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the performance of our Marylebone Club, leading a passionate team to deliver an exceptional member experience. You’ll drive commercial success, ensure operational excellence, and represent Third Space as part of our senior management team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire your team to achieve KPIs across member experience, operational standards, and profitability
• Take full accountability for club operations, finances, and compliance
• Identify and implement strategies to maximise revenue and efficiency
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture
• Collaborate with marketing to grow the Third Space brand locally and beyond
• Ensure Health & Safety and company standards are maintained at all times
• Contribute to group initiatives and share best practices across the business

About You

• Proven experience in leisure, hospitality, or health club management
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L accountability (ideally £2M+ EBITDA)
• Track record of leading large, multi-functional teams to deliver outstanding results
• Customer-focused, hands-on, and detail-oriented
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and willing to work unsociable hours, including weekends
