About us

Were looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead Supernova Soho. Supernova is known for its energetic atmosphere and outstanding smashed burgers, making it a standout destination in the capitals quick-service scene.

Supernova is part of BVC Hospitality, which operates a portfolio of innovative and globally recognised food concepts, including NAC, Crme, 74 Duke, and Le Café NAC. With successful operations across London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Hospitality blends creativity with operational excellence to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Position summary

This is a floor-based leadership role not an office job. As General Manager, youll lead from the front, setting the tone for service, standards, and culture every day. Youll be responsible for daily operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction, ensuring the shop runs smoothly, consistently, and at pace.

Youll report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with the head office teams across operations, HR, training, and marketing to keep standards high and support ongoing improvements.

This role is ideal for an experienced GM or a strong AGM from a fast-paced QSR or casual dining background whos ready to take ownership of a busy London site and make their mark.
