Overview

We're looking for a General Manager for a popular community pub. Salary up to £42,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Pure Drop in Ferndown is a traditional local pub that you can pop into for a pint or spend an entire Sunday afternoon with the family. There’s a large, secure beer garden where the adults can relax and the kids have space to explore. A great location just six miles from Bournemouth makes us popular with locals and tourists alike.

The Pure Drop has a strong reputation and high guest satisfaction scores so has great potential for growing sales in. It is also loved by the locals as it has a large internal and external trading area to enable hosting multi events across the week.

We are looking for a strong community operator with passion for food and drink sales building and development of people building. The pub is trading at £16,000 per week (£11,000 wet/ £5,000 food).

Management accommodation is available in the form of 3 bedrooms.
