What You’ll Do

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your entire pub.

You will:

Lead The Guest Experience

Deliver warm, energetic, wow-worthy service from the moment the first coffee is poured to the final cocktail firework.

Grow and develop your team

Coach, guide and inspire your leaders and emerging stars through 1:1s, reviews, training and daily support.

Create a culture people love

You’ll champion our values—Warm, Hungry, People Smart, Trust—and make your pub feel like a second home.

Own the business performance

Drive sales, manage budgets, forecast effectively and keep every part of the operation tight and efficient.

Champion standards

From the perfect pint of Estrella to the tidiest cellar to the slickest service flow—you set the bar, and your team follow it.

Collaborate with your leadership team

Partner closely with your Head Chef, Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager to keep the whole business humming.
