Job summary

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the General Manager (GM) will provide leadership to the Treatment Centre team to ensure a consistent, safe and sustainable service in all Treatment Centres in their allocated region(s). This role is being advertised to provide resilience across the regional General Managers in London. The successful applicant will be able and willing to work from a minimum of two Regional Treatment Centres: Essex Buckhurst Hill; London West - Ealing; London South Brixton; London Central Whitfield Street. The region will be assigned based on the two preferred locations discussed before interview; preferred locations should be stated in your application. This role requires on-site work at one of the specified locations full time (not work-from-home or hybrid).

Main duties of the job

  • Ensure regional priorities align with overall organisational priorities with a focus on safety, client experience and sustainability.
  • Develop and maintain a clear, active long-term service development plan for the region and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within their teams.
  • Serve as the primary Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registered Manager and the Controlled Drugs Accountable Officer for their Treatment Centres.
  • Promote the vision that choice should be a reality for everyone; the role requires alignment with the organisation’s mission and values.
