We're looking for a General Manager for a community pub in Streetly. Salary up to £40,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at The Foley Arms in Streetly and lead the team to success!

About the pub

The Foley is a proper community pub with great links to Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth & Walsall.

Currently trading at an average of £15,000 per week in net sales, The Foley operates with a sales mix of 80/20 in favour of wet sales, providing scope to grow the food sales and maximise the success of this business.

The Foley boasts a varied guest base, with the sports offer proving particularly popular with our local guests. Being a community pub, we are looking for an operator with a natural flare for building a solid reputation within the local community and a track record of implementing strong reasons to visit in a branded environment.

This site offers lots of potential for a passionate General Manager to showcase their skills by driving sales & engaging and inspiring their team to succeed.

There is 3 bed accommodation above the pub with separate access, lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
