Working hours: 20 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Witham Lodge is a Salvation Army Lifehouse with 30 rooms accommodating men and women over 18 experiencing homelessness. We are seeking a highly motivated Cleaner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a high-quality, safe, and clean environment for our clients.
• Carry out cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins, and cleaning void rooms.
• Work as part of a team to address health and safety issues on site.
• Follow Health and Safety Regulations and COSHH guidelines.
• Complete all scheduled tasks and checklists, ensuring they are signed off.
• Maintain good timekeeping and a professional appearance.
• Undertake necessary training and adhere to confidentiality policies.
• Demonstrate a positive, non-judgemental attitude.
