Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, adaptable and reliable General Assistant to join the team at Sovereign Lodge. This is a bank position, giving you the flexibility to work around your current commitments, all while helping us to deliver the best possible care and comfort for our fantastic residents.

Hourly rate: £12.21 per hour. Location: Sovereign Lodge, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Contract: Bank. Company: Mariposa Care. Postcode: NE5 1NA.

Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping – working as part of a team, you will ensure all areas of the home are clean and tidy in line with our cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Laundry – you may be asked to assist the laundry team to ensure a high-quality service for our residents.
  • Catering – we may ask you to help our kitchen teams with food preparation and the serving of meals.
