Job description

Prospero Teaching are currently seeking GCSE Tutors to work with young people across a range of subjects in Hastings and the surrounding areas. These roles involve supporting learners who require alternative provision, often on a 1:1 basis.

As a GCSE Tutor, you will:

• Deliver tailored tuition sessions for GCSE students.
• Hours vary from 2 to 15 per week per learner.
• Work with learners who may have SEN, SEMH, are Looked After Children (LAC), have EAL, or experience EBSA.

Subjects Needed

• Core GCSE subjects: Maths, English, Science.
• Other subjects may also be required depending on learner needs.

About you

• Experience in teaching or tutoring GCSE-level content.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, structured lessons.
• Empathy and adaptability to support learners with diverse needs.
