Qualifications

• Recognised NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing and Heating / Mechanical Engineering.
• Gas Safe Registration required.
• Proven experience in mechanical building services is necessary.
• Full UK driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain valves, pipework and fittings.
• Install, repair, and maintain pumps and pressurisation units.
• Test all pipework and systems for leaks and performance.
• Supervise and guide junior staff to ensure safe practices.
