Job description
Overview

Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Gas Installation Engineer to join our team, based in Wrexham. You will be working on social housing, on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week. In return, you will receive £29,568 basic per annum plus an OTE of up to £48k plus a company van & petrol card, plus excellent benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Standard boiler swap from £200.
  • Installation of domestic heating boilers, combi swaps/conversions.
  • Complete works in accordance with specification and gas safe regulations.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Work to operational procedures, safe working practices and H&S procedures.
  • Reporting of all accidents, near miss events or potential hazards.
  • Undertake all other maintenance works within remit.
  • Work flexibly with a diverse range of customers.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
  • Recognised formal training attaining the relevant craft qualification, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.
  • ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT.
  • LPG, UNVENTED, Oil, solar and renewable/ASHP qualifications are desirable but not essential (further training provided).
  • Understanding of gas legislation.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety and working to best practice.
