Overview

Repairs & Maintenance
Salary Grade 6 i.e. £33,699 - £36,363 per annum
Full Time, 37 hours per week and participation in the out of normal hour’s rota to cover emergency plumbing

Responsibilities
  • Delivered heating installations and a range of plumbing, servicing, and repair work across our housing stock as part of the Repairs and Maintenance Department.
  • Based within the Repairs and Maintenance Department at our offices on Hundred Acre Lane, Worksop, contributing to high standards of service in occupied premises.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years\' experience in domestic plumbing and gas heating installations
  • A commitment to high standards, efficient performance, and tenant satisfaction
  • The ability to thrive in occupied premises, delivering respectful and professional service every time.
  • City & Guilds Craft and Advanced certificate in plumbing or similar
  • NVQ level 2 & 3 in plumbing
  • Gas ACS, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, WAT1, HTR1, CPA1
  • Level 3 energy Efficiency Domestic Heating
  • City & Guilds Water Regulations
