Job Role

We are looking for a Garden Centre Team Member (Plants). You will be central to our operations, ensuring customers have the best experience in store.

Requirements
  • Physically fit, as the role involves heavy lifting and moving.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to move heavy loaded trolleys through the plant department.
  • Availability to work full weekends, Bank Holidays, and holiday cover.

Primary Duties
  • Work within the plant team in the houseplant area.
  • Stock control and rotation.
  • Unloading and displaying new deliveries.
  • Merchandising plant tables and displays.
  • Plant care, including booking deliveries and managing wastages.
  • General maintenance and plant care.
  • Assisting customers with advice and requirements.
  • Basic plant knowledge (preferred).
