Qualifications

• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
• Access to transport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adding stock to Craft NI Gallery online shop.
• Support with Craft NI sales offsite at events.
• Manage online presence and SEO for gallery.
• Provide support for gallery exhibitions and programming.
• Deal with enquiries over phone and email.

Skills

Professional working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Creating social media content

Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment

Excellent communication skills

Photography skills

Knowledge of contemporary craft or arts sectors
