My client, a market leader in foreign exchange, is rapidly expanding into the fintech space and seeking experienced, enthusiastic 360 FX Broker Sales Consultants to join their growing team. Their mission is to continually explore new products and markets, delivering exceptional value to clients in foreign exchange and global payments. They differentiate themselves through cutting edge technology and outstanding client service.

FX Broker Sales Role :

Manage a portfolio of clients and their foreign exchange needs, fostering long last ing relationships.

Confidently engage and secure new business with high net worth individuals and C level executives, closing corporate/enterprise accounts.

Develop existing opportunities and drive new business for the new online portal, targeting corporate and institutional clients.

Achieve monthly quotas and targets, including set KPIs.

Actively contribute ideas and initiatives to drive business growth.

Participate in ongoing training and coaching for personal development.

Experience Requirements:
  • My client is looking for an ambitious FX Broker, ideally with an existing book of corporate clients (not mandatory), and deep industry knowledge across FX payments and web based solutions.
  • Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, FX brokering strategy, and client relationship management.
  • Technical and analytical knowledge of the FX market.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies based on market conditions and customer needs.
  • Ability to maintain an effective client pipeline.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
