Ideal candidates will have experience in hedge funds and a corporate law background, preferably from leading firms in London, Dublin, or Sydney/Melbourne. This major offshore firm is actively looking to hire a bright, dynamic lawyer to join their growing funds practice. The team specializes in the formation and structuring of both hedge and private equity funds across multiple offshore jurisdictions.
The firm have specifically flagged that they are looking for candidates who have trained and practiced with leading firms in London, Dublin (if E&W dual qualified) and Sydney/Melbourne (or those who already have direct offshore experience), either specializing in funds or in corporate teams doing some funds/PE related work.
The firm will provide the successful candidates with any necessary on-site training and offers an extremely attractive remuneration package, which will include relocation, health and pension benefits.
