Overview

Our Client is an elite US law firm (Cravath scale) actively growing its investment funds and private capital practice internationally. This suits an associate with experience in another top ranked funds practice, specifically with experience in direct lending and establishment of various forms of credit funds. The role will be broader, with a strong focus on credit. The team is currently smaller, which in the short term allows for more partner time; in the medium term, planned growth will provide enhanced progression opportunities.

The Opportunity

You will have exposure to some of the biggest names in funds, working closely on some of the highest calibre work available internationally. You will work closely with top partners across the UK and US markets, including very high calibre recent partner acquisitions and specifically alongside a pre-eminent operator in private credit. Our client is looking to interview and hire with haste, so please get in touch on a fully confidential basis.
